Well, shit.

I haven’t been keeping up my “books to blog about” list….and my memory, usually as fresh as 3-day-old roadkill, has once again abandoned me. Um…there was that one? About the people? Yeah. That one.

If my aforesaid memory remains true to form, it will vomit up the names of the book (books?) I’m missing sometime between now and who knows when. If I remain true to form, I won’t write it down then, either.

Life is busy. When is it not? February has been all about the SNOW. January was all about the beautiful blue skies and cold temperatures, but not February. SNOW. Then some more SNOW. I know it’s winter, I just have a preference for snow throughout the entire season, doled out in little bits. Not this shit.

I have a million things on my to-do list. Ok, maybe not a million, but at least a hundred. Some are getting done, some not so much. Homework? Caught up! Work-work? In progress. Cleaning my house? Haphazard at best.

We have a second dog. Really, she’s a puppy still. She & Dixie get along very well, and they’d spend all their time outside if we let them. Now to cure Dixie of her penchant for eating furniture (antique piano leg appetizer, anyone?) and the house itself (apparently, carpet underlay & drywall are YUMMY). Puppies are basically assholes. I’m hoping they grow out of it.
